Welcome to CD Yachting Mykonos. These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual agreement between CD Yachting Mykonos (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) and the Client (“you”). By booking a service or using cd-yachting-mykonos.com, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which take effect immediately.

1. Pricing and Inclusions

• Base Pricing: Prices are based on operational costs as of January 2026 and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, rates are quoted per tour.

• What is Included: Unless stated otherwise, your booking includes fuel, a professional captain and hostess, unlimited refreshments (soft drinks, wine, and beer), snacks, a fruit basket, snorkeling equipment, towels, onboard WiFi, Bluetooth audio equipment, and all applicable taxes.

• What is Excluded: Gratuities for the crew (at your discretion), personal items, and full lunches (unless specifically included in your package).

• Departure Point: All trips depart from and return to the Ornos Bay concrete dock, Mykonos, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

2. Payment Policy

• Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, a credit card deposit is required:

  • 10% of the total tour price.

  • 20% of any additional “Add-on Experience” prices.

• Payment Methods: We accept VISA and Mastercard with no additional processing fees. Transactions will appear as “CD YACHTING MYKONOS” on your statement.

• Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid to the Captain upon arrival on the day of your tour.

  • Cash Discount: Clients paying the remaining balance in cash are eligible for a 5% discount on that balance.

  • Credit Card: The balance may also be paid via credit card for the full remaining amount.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Once a tour or service has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the package, meals, or services utilized.

3.1 Daily Trips & Private/Special Events

• Full Refund: Valid for cancellations made within 5 days of the initial booking date, OR if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to departure.

• Open Ticket: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to departure may also be converted into an “Open Ticket” valid until the end of the current calendar year.

• Late Cancellations: If a booking is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled service date, no refund will be provided.

• Instant Bookings: Bookings made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).

3.2 Multiday Tours

• Cancellations 31+ days before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations 30 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).

• Please refer to your specific booking voucher for additional tour-specific policies.

3.3 Cancellations by the Company

CD Yachting Mykonos reserves the right to cancel any service. In such cases, our liability is limited to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

4. Amendments and Changes

• Advanced Requests: We do not charge fees to change dates or amend bookings if the request is received more than three (3) days before the travel date (subject to availability).

• Last-Minute Changes: On-site amendments are permitted up to one (1) hour prior to departure, strictly subject to vessel and crew availability.

5. Weather and Safety Policy

Your safety is our absolute priority.

• Bad Weather: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain, we will first attempt to reschedule your charter to an alternative date.

• Weather Refunds: If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, a 100% refund of the charter fee will be issued.

6. General Provisions

• Third-Party Services: Services provided by external suppliers (e.g., specialized catering or shore excursions) are subject to those suppliers’ own terms and conditions.

• Force Majeure: While we make every effort to visit advertised “Places of Interest,” we reserve the right to alter routes due to closures or weather to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

• Authority: No agent or employee has the authority to vary these terms unless signed in writing by a Director of CD Yachting Mykonos.

• Governing Law: All bookings and disputes are governed by Greek Law.
